ParticipantThanks Kwatt, hope others find this useful too, still struggle to understand how any legislation can come back to us seen as we don’t manufacture yet we hold the responsibility, hope we come out of eu on brexit and get some English common sense back!

ParticipantRe: Retail sales and the sale of goods act 1971
Just talking to missus for a change lol, it’s not heating is fault apparently.
Thanks for the reply electrofix, good point to put forward also, no problem for 3 and a 1/2 year +, How could we know how it has been used, annoying thing is also was purchased through eBay we only deliver locally ‘north east England’, allowed him to arrange a collection from wales!
Still think is absolute joke how legislation allows us small retailers, engineers etc are expected to pick up the bill for a manufacturer of these appliances?

ParticipantRe: Beko D531 Thermal Cutout problem
OK hopefully have a solution to this, just got off phone with tech support @Beko and they confirmed they had a faulty batch of these, so looks as if I replaced with another piece of cr*p 😆
They have however given me a part number that should resolve this issue, the part number is: 4410101001 however it isn’t in stock 😡
anyone having this problem, it would maybe be worth getting this part to replace!

ParticipantRe: Beko D531 Thermal Cutout problem
