I thought the purpose of this forum was to share problems/solutions. I actually want to be able to make relatively simple repairs. It might be a hassle but I’d rather learn something which I can then do again than have to rely solely on other people.

Thanks – I have two socket sets, but both are just 1mm too wide to fit inside to get to the screw. Does anyone know where you can get a narrow(er) socket?

LOL – obviously I will unplug it!

I have undone all the 7mm bolt screws, but there seem to be a couple of these which I cant get the spanner to, which seem to hold the back on.

Can I just take the front off or do I have to work from the back?

Thanks – is there a special tool to undo those screws located inside those ‘tubes’ – effectively like a radiator key?
