Believe it or not I have had the same problem today. Your appliance is an RS21, you can find all the details on the side of the appliance.
I phoned the Samsung helpline (see their website) and they told me there is a design fault with this appliance and are repairing it free of charge on Friday. Also they are sending out a new 3 year warranty. RESULT! 😀
