Hello i was wondering if you can help me out a family member is having the same problem i`ve taking the pump out(not the easiest of jobs with it been built in:)) and seems to be fine i have no way of checking it out for a fault. But there was a lot of water sitting at the bottom of the tray and thats where the thermostat sits but might have shorted. Anyway have you been able to rectify your problem, i have priced a new pump approx £27.00, but do not no how to get off without force. And do not even no if thats at fault
