Bosch support stated £65 callout for 30 mins and then £4 for every 6 minutes, with parts being added as well. So I might be looking at £100 plus parts. I am not sure how much the washer is worth but I may as well buy a new one.

Is the cost likely to be cheaper going somewhere other than Bosch?

It was given to me by my landlord but according to Bosch the warranty ran out in August and they did not offer me any further help. Can I buy and fit water diverter or module myself and what sort of cost might I be looking at. Thanks so far..
