Thanks. Finally decided to get off my arse and fix it.The element is 41039772, 1600w. Do I have to swap like for like, or would a 1900w work as well? Does it have to be the same height and the dip in the middle the same distance from the back? Also, “new” ones like these looks used https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/373919668926? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/373919668926?. Is that normal?

Full, and the water was clear this time, so that rules out lint.
