@Simon46, @Martin – Many thanks for your suggestions, I will change the brushes & check the motor.

@Tammy, not sure it’s a load imbalance as the problem also occurs when the spin cycle is run with no clothes, i.e. empty drum. But thanks anyway, it’s good to see manufacturers supporting their customers.
