    Oh dear that’s embarrassing. I’ve really had a nightmare there.
    I should have thought to check that. I still think it would do no harm to have it in the manual 😀

    They do move but they don’t follow the rack back in when I push it in. Hopefully the linked video helps illustrate the problem. It’s like something is not connected to the rails to pull them back in with the rack.

    Thanks for the responses. It seems the manual that came with my washer was significantly lacking.

    It is missing instruction to remove the transit bolts and any reference in how to fit the tipping bracket.

    I downloaded a manual for the 7000 version and found what it needed.

    Have reported the manual issue to the manufacturer. Just glad I realised the transit bolts needed to come out before I did some serious damage.
