Thanks for the number!
Just dropped them a line and was told this:
– the 2710 was a special model made for a select number of retailers, but is being opened up to the whole market in the comming weeks (web site info will be up any day).
– It does not have the storage compartment the 2740 has.
– It does not have cooling fans.
– It is A rated.Cooling fans, make a big difference? Are baumatic recommended as a decent make? Can anyone omment on their range cookers? I know they are not the most expensive so prolly not as good as something like a rangemaster!

Re: Water supply for fridge – under floor?
Turns out I probably do not need to take the kitchen floor apart to plumb in the water supply to the fridge! After some hunting for the water main inlet to the house, we uncovered it boxed in just down the wall from the fridge! Who boxes in a water main!??
Anyway, with the pressure somewhat lacking from the sink connection I think we will tap it off the water main. Think is a bigger job than I am brave for so will probably get a pro in. Will I need to get whoever I get in to limit the flow from the main to the fridge?

Martin, thanks for the outline and pic! Most useful…I now see the way forward.
Think it best to make it a permanent fixture, copper pipe and taps. Would a 2 inch deep channel be enough for 15mm pipe with lagging? Is there a rule of thumb for this sort of thing?
