I’ve also just bought a DWF B10 from IKEA. Same problem here, within a minute of the programme being started the machine stops and I get the beeping.
Styut, is your machine cold or hot fill? The plumber who installed mine attached it to the hot pipe, he assumed it was hot fill due to the big red hose and connector (it made sense then, and the instructions weren’t clear). I’m not so sure now though, I didn’t think you got that many hot filled appliances now.
Also, we live live a a soft water area (2.5). The instructions say I don’t have to add regeneration salt, but the add salt indicator light stays on continously. I’m wondering if this is stopping the machine working.
Looking at your post I think the machine is pretty level, so I don’t think that’s the problem.
If anyone has any suggestions please reply. My local whirlpool servive centre couldn’t give help over the phone, contrary to their sales blurb.
