Many thanks Don. Got jumpy last night after their website threw up a load of security messages saying it wasn’t secure, and then companies house search said company was being dissolved so didn’t go further. However just spoke to a very nice lady who assured me it was a very old website, but definitely still in business. Suspect they may be losing trade as a result. Anyway, part on the way and my elderly fridge freezer lives to fight another day. Thanks again.

Many thanks for that, I’ve dropped them a line.
I have to wonder though that if the part is £55+, then some fitting which I guess might be £30 (unless it’s a DIY job), then you’re getting towards new oven territory!
Still looking for that oven left in the back of the shop on Manager’s Special!!

Yeah, you’re probably right 😉
Wasn’t at home when I first posted but anyway, here’s the info:
Hygena Turbo Deluxe Single Fan Oven and integral grill
Type: EVP402
Model: APL 3410Made by Gorenje, Yugoslavia (shows you how old it is!) – it’s a 1989 vintage to the best of my knowledge.
Any help appreciated.
Cheers

Thanks for the info – I think that model and the one we’ve seen are practically identical. We saw a RS21 WCNS I think, and that one is a WASM. Any idea what the model number codes mean?
I agree on the breakdowns – as I said in my original post, you only ever hear about the bad times!
We’ll have a look at Whirlpool but even so, might stick with a non-plumbed one anyway.
Any more finds gratefully received.
