Tks for your response……dismantled inlet valve solenoid….found diaphragm had 2mm tear in it, so, water would creep into the wrong side, eventually with equal pressure both sides resulting in trickle at output.

Proved this by CA glueing the split…..full mains pressure now at pump output…..lasted 5 mins…now back to sealed state….off to dealers

Got stuck at “5”, ie, just prior to rinse cycle…..advance slightly…progressed through…now on drying part of cycle.

Wonder if it is the timer…..do they sometimes fail in that they just don’t have enough grunt to make it past the numbered, physically “notchier” parts of the cycle??
