Generally when the cycle stops the clothes come out, well “tepid” but over the last week or so they have come out real cold. Does the heat felt on the door bear any indication to whats going on inside, its only just roome temp at 60 degrees. Did a 95 wash and it was warm.
Have spoken to an old hand (me dad), who said that the weather is bad, so the water on the rinse cycle is prob freezing, which kind of makes sense. plausable?
Also it does not help that i take no notice of the washing machine, so could not tell you the norm for the door 😳
Cheers

Cheers for the response, did not check original heater, £40 and a quick bolt on job, thought it was worth the chance, its all it seemed it could be to me (noob, tut).
Googled like a maniac and there is very little mentioned about the washer, although the dryer gets a lot of coverage. Overall reading others reviews i think it just a poor machine from the off.
Will have another look at the thermistor, “looked” fine, but then theres not much to look at, are these things fragile as i dropped the thermistor before popping it in?
I really hope i can get it sorted.
