Hi.
I appreciate that this is an old post, but no resolution to the issue has been posted.
Obviously, I come across this article because my Beko heat pumped dryer (same model number) is suffering from the same symptoms, heating up but not condensing the moisture and pumping it into the collector. I also have a small pool of water on the floor just under front of the condenser.

Did anything resolve this issue.
