Yes ive checked the pump filter, it was fine.

Ive had a look at various other posts, could it be the start/run capacitor?
Im not sure if that even applies to my machine.

Hi, I took the back of the machine and the belt was still in place.
The only thing that happens when i try to start the spin program is a strange noise, a bit like when the machine tries asking for water.

Any suggestions?

Hi, the machine was brand new when we bought it.
I had a read over some of the posts before asking this, the only reason I did not think it was the bearing was because of the age.
But I will have a look at the belt.

If that is the problem, what would I have to do to fix it?
