Hey thanks, I’ve been advised by trading standards to report it to my credit card company ( which I used as opposed to a debit card ) which i will be doing.

Thanks Bob, this is the one I read yesterday. I eventually got an email through to RTd Uk Limited who have allegedly bought out Biasco, who said they had forwarded my email to accounts. Watch this space and I’ll post the outcome.
