I don’t know if this will help but please look at the problem I raised re the OKI FAVORIT 5450 something running when the OKI was set OFF. This may or may not help but I wish you the best. Surrinder.

I know this is going to sound stupid but it worked. The thread on “How to Mend it” had a suggestion at the beginning that stated that a couple of jugfuls of water thrown in would give the pump something to do. I tried this yesterday to carry out the “reset”. That silenced the pump last night and this morning, thank god, the dishwasher worked ! 😀 However – this does NOT mean that I should not carry out the other checks mentioned in this forum and others. That is now a follow on after a short term solution.

I would like to thank everyone who offers advice a Big Thanks and hope that I can help others in the future. Surrinder
