Thanks Bob for your last comments. Really appreciated and going to persue the matter with Curry’s as we took out insurance when we bought it. Fingers crossed it doesn’t prove to be a lengthy process and they resolve the problem we’re having with it.

The noise is waking us up at night and sending the dog beserk and quite frankly I think I’m going to have to speak to curry’s about it as it can’t carry on and we’ve only had it 2 months. The instruction book mentions that we could hear some ticking sound from the fridge freezer but this is far beyond a ticking noise.

Our loud cracking noise occurs virtually every hour but you can’t time it happening and sometimes 2 to 3 cracks in quick succession, some cracks are louder than others. This is constant 24 – 7 and doesn’t coincide with defrosting every 11 hrs. Its so annoying. Any other thoughts ?
