The product code is 444445898 It was purchased in June 2008, so it’s lasted quite well.

Thanks Seamy, is the Thermistor the same as the “Sensor Thermal Limiter” or is this a different component?
These are the only parts that seem to be available, and ive installed a new thermal limiter already.

Thanks – I seem to be having the symptoms you’ve described with the unit sounding the alarm for 30 seconds, the machine being drained and E3 displayed.
Is the thermistor available separately?

I’m getting the E3 error, but not every time.
The water is being heated as I’ve recorded 50 deg C using a thermometer mid cycle.
I’ve just installed a new thermal sensor, and the first run worked all the way though. The second run ended early with the E3 message 🙁
I’m not sure what to try next – any thoughts?
