    Hi Dave,
Managed to sort the dishwasher out.
Turns out that a bit of glass had found its way in where the filter goes and had dislodged itself, thus stopping the propeller from spinning.
When he was cleaning the filter the piece of glass must have found its way there and wasn’t noticed at the time.

Anyway, after careful removal the appliance is now working properly.
    Thanks again

    Hi Dave,
So its as simple as turning on and off twice quickly.. this should put it in service mode and also take it out service mode.
But do you have the Service Mode details of various faults please.. (even a screen shot of these faults would be very much appreciated)

Like I say, I am going over to his tonight for Christmas drinks, so can take a look at it with him later
    Thanks again

    Hi Dave,
How do you get this in and out of Service Mode
I wonder if my friend (whom I know has been watching various YouTube video) has followed someone’s instructions and not realised what they have done.

I am going to my friends tomorrow, so if you could provide me with a little guidance to the Service ~Mode then that would be kindly appreciated.
Could really do with the fault code list as well so that I can at least attempt to diagnose his dishwasher fault. He is hoping to have it working before Christmas
    Thanks again

    Hi Dave,
As I did explain, it is a friends Dishwasher and they took and sent that video to me, so I cannot take a new one.
I have, however been able to use some video editing software and slowed that video down.

The 1st set of flashes = 10 times
    2nd set flashes = 13 times,
    3rd set flashes = 13 times and
    4th set of flashes = 13 times

The 1st set might well have been 13 times as well, but the video didn’t pick up the first 3 out the 13.
