I made an account just to say thanks! My W844 did exactly the same thing – refusing to spin, with the rinse light flashing. Managed to find this topic, took the machine apart and replaced the fuse and relay with the parts from RS in springchicken’s post and put it back together. It’s been working perfectly since. Probably cost me 10quid for the parts.
