    Hello,

I am seeing a lot of these, there is a test procedure that can force a defrost. Does anyone know the exact buttons to press?

I have played around with super freeze and temp to get forced defrost but cannot always seem to take the appliance out of test mode.

    Hello,

    What are the symptoms?

These machines are a pain. Some as far as I am aware need to have the front display PCB replaced when you replace the Main ECU.

Another problem we have found is that quite often the replacement main ECU’s sent out by Whirlpool are faulty on fitting.

    Hello,

    Have tried that, thanks anyway.

The LCD does not light up – just the LH1

    Hello there,

Is this part (DA97-03797b) complete with new damper motor? or is there a part number for a modified complete assy with damper motor?.

I know there was a problem with some of these covers, GBDar cannot seem to locate a part number. I remember Gavin Mcdonlad of Samsung saying there is a part availbe but I don’t do part numbers¬!

    Any help?

    Hello,

As an ex Gias Candy agent for nearly 20 years (Bromborough days) I smelt a rat when they dumped the vacs on us.

I was probably one of the few agents who billed all stock back to them. All I was stuck with was a few hundered quids worth of vac parts, long ago sold on ebay.

My advice to any agent(s) or possible future agents is keep stock low and bill it all back at the first wiff of rodents.

    Hello,

We use ABBEY Business NO CHARGES online banking only drawback is having to pay cash into ATM so we do so in small amounts.

If you want high street banking at a reasonable cost go no further than Yorksire Bank. Very low bank charges and 1-2-1 business managers.

    Hope this helps

    Hello All And Neil,

We have had the DASS System (Portsmouth Based company that ran on Concurrent Dos using Wyse Serial Terminals), The Frank Gresham System (waste of time) and are Now plodding along on the Old DOS Based ServiceBase (Sadly No Longer Supported by PC Controls) that we like. However, times change and we need to move on.

I have seen The system that GBDAR & Baumatic use (fixzones Corporate package version) However as PC Controls have always remained fairly reliable/stable we shall probably move to ServiceBase 2000.

    Hope this Helps

PS Neil Can we have a little DOS Support in the meantime?
