Tested on extension today from another socket did exactly the same also checked continuity on earth live and neutral from plug to the suppressor filter on fail and all passes. Think at this point im going to pull pcb out and look for obvious damage

electrofix wrote:yes as a short test you can use an extension lead. make sure its rated at least 10 amp and unwound

the way you are talking all the power goes off the machine ( no lights at all) for about 60 secs

does sound like a power issue. as soon as the heater comes on the power drawn by the machine heats something up that switches off the power

this can be internal or external to the machine , could even be the plug on the lead. have you checked that for signs of getting hot ?

Manage to get it in service mode, first thing to flag up was E05 and I ordered the sensor that sits just under the filter. Replaced today still same issue. The plug does get warm but wouldn’t say its too hot. I have replaced the lead and plug in the past as the one melted. I will try and test on another socket thus weekend. Thanks for the reply

Where it says sw2? attached are the buttons I have on machine.
I have tried another socket with same results but the both sockets are on the same spur. Would it be safe testing through a extension?
