    Re: Bosch Dishwasher not draining

thanks for the advice, I sat it tilted backwards at 45 degrees for 2 hours switched off, some water cam out, I plugged it in & ran the pump & it drained as much as it could.
Is there a way to test the pcb? or will it just look smoked?

The timer counts down to 0 minutes remaining, but keeps on pumping indefinately (unlike a lot of other posts that stop at 1 minute)

    Re: Bosch Dishwasher not draining

I am really struggling to fix my dishwasher ( a Bosch SGS43E02GB/45). It tries to fill but simultaneously pumps the water out, so never actually fills. I’ve gone through all the advice I can find related to the model on this site so far… I’ve cleared out all pipes as mentioned in THIS THREAD , the heater resistance is 25 ohms, the wax motor is 2.5k, i’ve tilted it 45 degrees back to drain a possibly flooded sump, but it still won’t fill to the point where it actually starts a wash cycle. I can trick it into starting a wash by actuating the micro switch on the yellow level sensor, but the actual water level is too low, & it carries on pumping water out. The pump continues, even with the door open.
    Does anyone have any ideas?

    thanks

    Jon
