Thanks for the advice guys…I guessed the response would be along those lines…W/driers have a bad reputation, even amongst us non-technical folk 😉 I have had this one for ages and have had to repair it dozens of times!!

Mind you it’s a very old machine that I have managed to keep going despite numerous breakdowns – might be time to replace! Which of the current washer driers would anyone on here recommend for reliability and ease of home maintenance ❓

Thank muchly…thats what i feared!
The hisory to this is that wires 1 and 7 from the pcb may have shorted i believe..would that explain it ❓
