Have just done a long reply and it got wiped when I submitted it. So won’t do it all over again. Bosch instrucion sheet for this model does not match the access to the drain pump impeller. You can get to the drain pump impeller through the front by moving teh kick-plates etc. If anyone looking up how to do it for this model, just do a ‘reply’ to this message and if I get a ‘nudge’, I’ll come back on and explain how. It takes two people and is best done with teh machine raised up and lying on its back.
