Thank-you very much for your help, i have now replaces the bottom element aswell. I can see the heat temperature has increased too.

So far not had any complaints.

I have had a look at the oven and cant see an element like that within it.

I replace the only element i could see, it looks like this

Apologies for asking stupid question, but where do i find the this “under the floor of the oven” element?

Or is it the back where the fan is? Like in the diagram?

So do both elements not work together? Before the replacement the oven used to get much warmer (hotter) and both elements used to work at the same time, so i have been told by the missus.

When you say,”plus another element under the floor” what do you mean? Should there be another element i might need to consider?
