Thanks very much for your comprehensive reply – it helps a lot! I can hold off for the new ISE 2; will it be available immediately through UKW?

Also, you did not mention anything about support for ISE machines in the Western Isles. Could you possibly comment on this please, e.g. would it be a problem getting spare parts or qualified ISE service engineers?
