    I did a diagnostic check and everything seemed fine but the fridge and freezer are definitely not getting down to a reasonable temp.

    Hi, an update. The power seems to be remaining on now, the freezer says its at -24c but nothing is really freezing, so its not an acurrate temp.
    Any ideas?
