I have a similar problem to one already described here.

The wash works fine, but when the whole cycle finishes the clothes are sopping wet and you cannot get the machine to spin manually with program 7 or 14. When you do select a spin cycle it sounds like the motor is trying to do something, but the drum never starts moving, and the dial just eventually moves to stop position.

As I said the drum seems to move pefectly fine for wash cycles so I suspect it isnt the brushes but more likely something that controls different speed cycles. Maybe it is the Module as suggested here?
