Hi Dave,

Yes I did realise that and although I didn’t weigh the washing the machine was only half full so I don’t think it was over 6kg in weight. I have always wondered though is the 6kg limit when the clothes are dry or after they’ve been through the wash cycle already and will be heavier from the water? I am assuming that as the dryer took so long it must be using a sensor to determine if the clothes are wet or not? Otherwise I don’t know why it would be taking so long.
