I’ve checked the pressure switch and the carbon brushes – all OK. I’ve also checked the thermostat – also appears to be OK. Could it be the Thermal Overload Cut-off? No power getting to the element.

Thanks for the info. The drum does turn agitate periodically until it stops with the error code. Why would the machine not be heating up though? I’ve checked for power at the heating element with the machine running and there isn’t any.

Any ideas?
