One of the fill valves is faulty and will need replacing…to find out which you need to disconnect the black hoses from the valves inside the machine and see which one is dribbling water in.
As far as the machine not turning on straightaway it will almost certainly be the door lock, the only way to confirm this other than replacement is with a meter.
Power off if investigating :zap:
Thankyou very much.Ive ordered a new door off here and will have to call someone out to do the valves as I cant get them off,and are very tight, and most certainly wont be albe to get them back on.
Thanks everyone for all the info.

Filling problem almost certainly due to water supply – inlet valves do occasionally seize up and allow trickle filling when activated, but you have at least three separate solenoids in your machine. They will not all be faulty. Self cutting taps (the ones that clamp around the pipe) are shockers for clagging up inside. If you have the little red and blue lever taps, unscrew the levers and observe how far the water is actually turned on. The “flats” should be inline with the pipe for full flow. The tags crack inside and prevent full movement.
Regards,
Penguin45.Thankyou very much for your reply, the only thing Im worried about is messing with the clamps around the pipes just incase water starts flowing out and I cant stop it.
I have done that once before then water started leaking down the pipe, and took me a while to stop it.
At the moment Im manually filling it up with a spare pipe to the soap box.
many Thankstony
Also the instruction manuel says wm51 wm52 wm53 …what does the letter mean at the end of rthe numbers,is that important?
