    Hi,

    Sorry about the confusion, this isn’t actually my machine it is a friend of mine who does not have access to the Internet. the machine is about 4 years old.

    Thanks for your reply, the machine was bought new. When it’s switched on the red LED power light comes on but none of the green LEDs.
