    Applied, and sent all relevant paperwork, but never heard any more, did chase up and advised never received anything. It is on my to do list, but I am useless on computers, and need to get my son to scan all the documents for me to send online.

    Heard the click from switch when draining down, and made no difference when removed pressure hose from switch. Thanks

    Got the same fault on a Candy CDI 1012, pulsing motor. Have you managed to get yours fixed, if so what was the cure.

    Thanks for the advice, I will check all ducts etc thoroughly, then ensure the heater is cycling on/off. It’s worth remembering the lost supply to motor, it’s the rare ones that usually catch us out.
