ParticipantRe: Quiet, Reliable washer/dryer
Had a look at my new apartment yesterday and there is definitely no room for a seperate washer and dryer. Therefore, even though I know they’re less reliable, what’s would be one of the least bad purchases for around £500. Thanks

50/50 split would be good and not too fussed about the colour – my kitchen is cream so anything that would blend with that. Thanks

Thanks for the advice, will look at them two. Just need to measure up in my new apartment and see if I can fit in a seperate washer and dryer. This may be a stupid question but does a dryer need seperate plumbing as well?

The Siemens WDi1440GB looks good but has an Energy rating of C it also looks a bit too deep for comfort but I’ll double check. Twould be my choice!
Don’t worry about the C for energy rating. That’s good for a washer/dryer 😉 If it fits, get it (IMHO).
This sounds like a good one but is above my budget, I know you get what you pay for but, with a budget of £500 is there anything you would recommend (obviously it won’t be as good as the WDi440GB). Thanks
