Having the same issues with mine ..

can you advise where the fan motor is?

Also the water dosen’t seem to be heating up ? is there a heat exchange or something that might be blown?

as everytinh else seems to be working OK. When the actual fault occured it tripped the mains, so was concerned it may be more than a motor nnot working 😯
