ParticipantThanks, as the bottom is sealed on this unit I guess I should wait for the engineer. I’m not sure how to access it on this model.

ParticipantI tried to run a quick wash to see if the water was draining at all and it isn’t. When opening the drain hose only a small amount comes out, so it’s full of water.
Where could a blockage be that is stopping the water coming out from drain hose and coin filter?
Thanks

small socks, colour catchers, hankerchief etc
if the machine has water in it and you take out the filter, it should all drop out very very quickly. if it doesnt it has to be blocked
where is the machine plumbed into
sink waste or stantion pipe ?Dave
To be honest I’m not that organised with the washing, I just threw in what was in the wash basket, so if a small item is missing I would have no idea.
I believe it’s attached to the sink waste, so the pipe that takes away the water hooks into a waste pipe under the sink.
I have checked these too.I did lift up the machine, but underneath is completely sealed unlike my old ones where you could see inside. There is a white plastic plate under what I am guessing is the sump pipe, hard to know and I can’t find any info online.

Thanks, I can hear it draining, then it stops and leaves a pool in the bottom with error E:36 -10, I called Bosch and they said it could be a problem with the Aqua Plus. As it’s so new I thought perhaps it would something more straight forward. I have googled that error and nothing comes up for it.
Is it difficult to check the sump hose? I don’t want to invalidate the warranty, but they can’t come out until Friday, with two children I hoped to be able to fix it before then.
