Ok, so let me get this straight, you have helped me this far and just because I fail to understand an acronym and the current solutions presented have not worked you going to just stop helping?

Basic knowledge is subjective, whats your definition of basic?

I have two kids, an increasing pile of Laundry and have spent £20 on your advice I can hardly afford to try and fix this!

Please dont play games with me, I need to resolve this! You where being extreamly helpful 🙂 Why stop now?

    TOC? O/C Open Circuit?

Best way of checking the windings is to remove the motor I guess?

Disconnect the motor plug then do the reset procedure again. Then plug the motor back in. Try it then.

Still does nothing but flash F21 at me 🙁

So could be brushes be in wrong? I have the bevel pointing down towards the middle, could they no be seated properly?
