only trips when switching off the temperature control after using the fan oven. The fan oven gets used at least 3 times a week.

Hi
Thank you. Why do you think I should take the extended warranty?

Fairly Recently Perhaps 2-3 times during a wash programme.
The machine will stop, the lights flash and there is a continuous beeping sound (like an alarm).
On the LED display which normally shows how long is left of the programme. I’m fairly sure I saw 01 displayed which I believe is a fault code.
The instruction booklet states that 01 means door locked and then suggests possible cause/remedy which is either tap has not been turned on. Open water valve and press start or filters in water inlet are blocked (see care and cleaning section)
If you press start, the programme resumes and does eventually complete.
The water valve is always turned on, we have never turned it off so it cannot be that.
Can low water pressure cause the problem? The machine is in a utility room with a sink. In the last week the water pressure seems to be lower than normal. For example it takes 34 seconds to fill a 2 pint jug with water.
If we need to buy a new washing machine. What recommendation is there for a decent Bosch? Budget would be about £700-£800. We would run about 3-4 washes a week. In addition some hand wash items are run in spin once a day 7 days a week

I’m not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure about the model now if there were 13 versions. The picture of the oven I posted looks exactly like ours.
Hope the oven fails soon, want a new one.
How good are NEFF?

Want that model.
And how good is their circofurm (spelling)? Some people complain that it heats up 20 degrees less than it should.

I have taken one of the knobs off, I’ve taken this picture of the inside.
I can’t see a calibration ring, looks like there is a control-knob shaft in the centre. Any suggestions?

Does it matter which knob you pull off? To do it due you pull it hard towards you?

Hi,
Thanks for reply.
Done as you say, same sort of readings on the thermometer.
