ParticipantRe: Servis Quartz Error Code
Basically what they are trying to say is…………………………..
Don’t be tight ! get rid of it, the Quartz is ancient, they went through more parts than your average Hotpoint, Door boots, brushes, power cards etc we didn’t even bother trying to change bearings on a machine with a service contract in the good old days. Just bunged in a complete backplate with inner drum & pulley.
Brings tears to my eyes just thinkin of it…tears of joy i don’t work for them any more !!

ParticipantRe: Bosch SRS4602GB/13 Module set up
All SRS / SGS ( 45 / 60cm ) range dishwaher pump impellors are accessable through a small cover held in place by a TX20 Torx bit ( except plastic based 60cm ). The cover is located in the sump, remove the fine & coarse filters and the screw is located at the “7” oclock position ( not ten ).
The type of pump used is very common ( askol / Copreci ) and very rarely require changing, bet you any money it’s a chicken bone/piece of glass etc etc & does not require replacing. If you still have the instruction book it will show you how to remove the impellor cover.
As for the module, all “Original” parts from Bosch contain coding instructions for the engineer, so whoever fitted the module either threw it away by accident or ignored it.
Always be wary of independants, they talk a good game but will ultimately steer you back to the manufacturer if they A: haven’t a clue or B: have a clue but will have to spend money on ordering a part they are not sure is required.
