Just looked at that part and its the male part that clips onto
the water container, i want the female socket assy that fits into and fits onto the base of the machine with three screws.sorry to be a pain !

It is now up and running on two computers running xp & vista
with no probs…

Just wondered if anyone else had this problem and it was anything other than a faulty pump.
