Thanks again to Kwatt, Gegsy and Dos for all the kind help.
Dos, would you count either as a fault from the machine?

Hi, thanks for replying and so quickly too. Yes I did read somewhere else under the site that dark stains could be other than the machine and thats when I began to be unsure. However with regards to the leaking, now that it’s stopped for the moment, will an engineer still be able to diagnose a fault without the leaking occuring at the point of inspection? It’s a silly comparism, but kind of like one visiting a doctor after pains that one was having have stopped would the doctor still be able to find out the cause?
Guess my main concern is since leaking’s stopped the possibility of finding the fault and not be charged for it……my theory is that a new machine won’t leak twice when tested for no reason and that despite it having stopped there might still be a fault…….but again I’m definitely not experienced in these affairs…..thus the ask for help. And as mentioned before I found another article about another brand new Bosch leaking and stopping in the same manner which was bought a few days ago. Should I cancel the call out till it leaks again or go ahead…..the retailer of the machine is waiting for the engineer’s inspection as well before taking any action so if I cancel and fault re-occurs, will it be harder to get a reaction from them coz I’d cancelled this appointment? Gosh here I was thinking I wanted a HASSLE free life by buying a Bosch and look what’s happening……..and this is my very first washing machine purchase ever too…….(smiling sadly).
