    Yes, my response was tongue in cheek for that reason!

    I’ve logged a call with @repair so we’ll have to just hope for the best.

    No, seriously I should accept that as being good well intentioned advice, thanks. Though I seem to remember saying I was technically competent…

    If the rotor will only turn one way then you definitely have something stuck in the main pump. This is NOT a job that can be done by an untrained engineer as the whole machine has to be stripped down.

    Looks like Mr Bosch Engineer needs to come visit then. Ah well, guess I should kiss bye-bye to the best part of £100 🙁

    Cheaper than buying a new one, though 🙂
