Lots of people don’t like Hisense in the trade but we think they’re okay.

Parts are cheap so long as you can get them and when in the EU, pretty fast as well so they may be budget machines and they might not be the best build but parts-wise, they’re okay.

Where there are issues is where parts are not anywhere in the EU as then, they can take an age to arrive from China.

Information Required To Find Parts

To find Hisense spare parts we need the model number for sure, there is little point even asking without that about almost any part for them as it’s impossible without that.

Ideally, especially on many refrigeration products, emailing us an image of the rating plate and a description of the part/s you need is the best thing to do and allow us a little time to work out what parts are in your machine.

Trust us when we tell you, for us, it can be hard and we look at this stuff all day, every day! For people that are not familiar then it is not easy to work things out at times although, on the parts we have added to the online store, we have tried to make it as easy as possible.

On these, the ART number will often be of the greatest importance for parts and service, not the model number.

Requesting Hisense Spare Parts

The best, fastest way to find out about Hisense spare parts is by email.

We know that some people are skeptical and perhaps don’t even like using email and would rather use the phone but, on the phone, we cannot send you images, links to parts and you can’t send us images of rating plates, etc. So whilst it’s technically possible over the phone to get some parts, it is not as accurate, not as fast, and not as convenient for you.

Important Information

To get to the part number is the most important thing to be doing as, from that you can then cross reference, find any alternative parts and so on as well as ensuring the part you get is correct.

Keep in mind that many, many spare parts are about the same size, look the same but this does not in any way mean that you can fit any as the differences are often slight but, means that they are not interchangeable. So, following the path here from the full model number and to the part number is the only way to ensure you get the correct spare part for your Hisense appliance.

There are often scores of versions of a single part, things can change and it can be very confusing, we’re here to help you through that and to prevent errors.

Guessing, using images alone and ordering because parts look like what you need, trying to measure things are by far and away the most common reasons that people get parts wrong.
