A MAJOR repositioning of the Hoover brand has resulted not only in a serious full-scale entry into the build-in market and, because of it, the appearance in the UK of the first Hoover-branded cooking appliances.
At a major launch, Candy unveiled what has long been expected ever since it acquired the Hoover name in Europe in 1995. That is, a bid to move the brand so linked with washing, dishwashing, floorcare and cooling across the entire range of major kitchen appliances.
The launch now of 71 build-in products has done just that, filling two major gaps in Hoover’s range – build-in appliances and, with them, cooking products.
