Warranty and service specialist, Independent Service (Domestic Appliances Limited) has appointed Dave Highton as field service manager.

Highton has more than 25 years of field service experience, most recently with Wetrok but also at Hoover, Candy Group and Expert Appliance Care. At Independent Service he will be responsible for managing, maintaining and improving the Service Agent network.

He said: “˜I was very impressed by the investment being made by HI Group into Independent Service, it is an exciting time with the launch of the Web Portal. I aim to ensure that the high level of service excellence and nationwide coverage across all product groups meet client service level agreements.’
