Turkey’s Koc Holding AS’s first quarter’s consolidated net profit fell 57.2% to 206.282 million new Turkish lira (approx. US$165.82 million. Koc Holding are the owner of the Arcelik company and the company sells appliances in the UK under the Beko and Flavel brand names.
However, operating profit increased 41.6%. Appliance company Arcelik is one of the companies operating under Koc Holding, which has more 14,000 dealers, branches, agencies, and retail- chain stores in Turkey as well as operations in 30 countries, and carries out export activities in more than 100 countries.
