Sadly, due to Brexit and the decisions made by the UK Government, we will no longer be able to ship spare parts to Northern Ireland. This we are very sorry about and certainly not happy about given the promises that were made.

But, we are where we are whether we like it or not and have to deal with the reality of the situation.

The reality is that just what is and isn’t needed to send goods to NI is unclear, the costs unknown and the carrier companies now changing NI to an international destination. That means that the cost to ship goods to NI rises, a lot and we cannot accommodate that increase.

Until there is clarity and the costs to send goods to NI have settled and become clear we are afraid we have no option as have many other retailers but to suspend all sales to NI until further notice.

This will take effect from Tuesday the 22rd December 2020.

If you are in NI and affected by this and wish to make a complaint, sadly we can’t do anything about it and we can only suggest that you write to your local member of parliament.

We are very sorry for this but are powerless to do anything about it.

There are of course many other sources that you can investigate online but given the suspension of services, the cost increases, and the huge uncertainty around what may or may not actually be required to send goods to NI we are not in a position presently to offer sales in that region of the UK by any means.

Tongue in cheek, we’ve “taken back control” of our borders then effectively cut off a segment of our own population in doing so with a border that previously didn’t exist. To us it looks like the UK government has chosen to simply abandon NI and, probably like most NI citizens, we’re not terribly happy about that.
