CORGI are now accepting entries for the first ever CORGI Awards to be held on the evening of Saturday 4 June, at InstallerLive.
The “oscars of the gas industry” will be at announced at a glittering ceremony by award-winning comedian Jimmy Carr, in front of1000 guests at The International Centre, Telford. Judged by a panel of industry experts, the Awards recognise standards of excellence across all aspects of the UK’s gas, heating and plumbing industry and reward commitment to safety and service.
There are ten Award categories:
* Contribution to Gas Safety of the Year As voted by the CORGI Awards Panel
* Gas Safety Initiative of the Year As voted by the CORGI Awards Panel
* Energy Efficiency of the Year As voted by the CORGI Awards Panel Non-Domestic Product of the Year As voted by the readers of GASInstaller
* Domestic Product of the Year As voted by the readers of GASInstaller
* Technical Support offered by a Manufacturer As voted by the readers of GASInstaller
* Apprentice of the Year As voted by the Training and Assessment Industry
* Gas Installer of the Year (5+ operatives) As voted by the general public
* Gas Installer of the Year (2-4 operatives) As voted by the general public
* Gas Installer of the Year (Sole Trader) As voted by the general public
The Gas Installer of the Year Awards are an opportunity to reward those Installers that consistently provide a professional and high quality service to their customers. Local radio stations up and down the country are supporting the Awards and will be encouraging nominations from members of the public, but be sure that you encourage your satisfied customers to place their vote in your support too.
